Toyota Kirloskar Motor has started taking bookings of the popular Land Cruiser 300 in the Indian market. The new Toyota LC300 is the brand's flagship SUV and is available in two variants - ZX and GR-S. The new SUV comes as a Completely-built unit (CBU), directly imported from Japan.
The new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 ZX variant is priced at Rs 2.31 crore, while the off-road spec GR-S variant is tagged at Rs 2.41 crore (ex-showroom, India). Interested buyers can book the new LC at all authorized Toyota dealerships.
The new LC300 is built on the Toyota's TNGA-F platform with a ladder-frame chassis, which makes the new SUV lighter and stiffer. The Land Cruiser 300 is powered by a 3.3-litre, twin-turbocharged V6 diesel engine that churns out 304bhp of power and 700Nm of torque. It is paired to a 10-speed automatic gearbox, which sends power to wheels via a full-time 4WD system.
Toyota said that its AWD Integrated Management (AIM) system works in real time to adapt to changing road conditions. The SUV gets Multi-Terrain Select (MTS), and Multi-Terrain Monitor that provide precise control and guidance when navigating through sand, mud, snow, or rocky landscapes.
The Toyota Land Cruiser GR-S variant is equipped with an off-road-tuned suspension, featuring differential locks and improved shock absorbers to tackle extreme conditions.
The Land Cruiser 300 is available in two striking color options - Precious White Pearl and Attitude Black.
The new LC300 comes with an 8-way power-adjustable front seats with memory function. The GR-S variant is offered with two interior schemes - GRS Black, and Black and Dark Red. Similarly, the ZX variant has two interior color options - Neutral Beige and Black. It gets four-zone automatic climate control system and an electric sunroof.
It is packed with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. The SUV gets JBL premium 14-speaker audio system for an immersive sound experience. The LC300 is fitted with Head-Up Display (HUD) that projects key vehicle information onto the windshield.

The new LC300 comes with 10 SRS airbags, 360-degree surround view camera, disc brakes, vehicle stability control, front and rear parking sensors, anti-skid brake system, vehicle dynamic management, brake assist, crawl control with turn assist, downhill assist control, blind spot monitor and tyre pressure monitoring system.
The SUV also gets Toyota Safety Sense, ADAS with features like Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist and Adaptive High-Beam System.
New-Gen Toyota Fortuner is expected to debut in India in 2025, possibly in the second quarter.
