Pricing:

• All prices quoted by CarLelo Pvt Ltd are in Indian Rupee (INR)
• The prices displayed for each car are exclusive of any applicable taxes, registration fees, insurance, or other charges, unless explicitly mentioned.
• We reserve the right to modify car prices at any time without prior notice. Also final price applicable can change at the time of delivery based on showroom and region of purchase.

Promised Delivery Timeline:

• We strive to fulfill delivery timelines to the best of our abilities, but the delivery timeline provided is an estimate and not a guarantee.
• The promised delivery timeline is subject to several factors, including but not limited to, availability of the car, shipping logistics, unforeseen circumstances and any necessary documentation processes.
• In the event of any delays in delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and provide an updated estimated delivery timeline.
• CarLelo Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from delays in delivery.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance:

• All car orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance by us and the dealer.
• Upon receiving an order, we will try to provide a confirmation message from the dealer's end via email or any other agreed-upon communication method.
• The order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order; it is merely an acknowledgement of receipt.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, even after sending an order confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us and the dealership in writing/ over email within a reasonable timeframe.
• In the event of cancellation, any refund or credit will be provided directly through the dealership in accordance with their refund policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate to the dealer.

Modifications:

• CarLelo Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.

By purchasing a car from CarLelo Pvt Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Up to 1% Cashback on Car Finance

Eligibility:

• This offer is available to customers who apply for and are approved for car finance through carlelo.com during the promotional period.

Promotional Period:

• The offer is valid from 1st June 24 to 31 Dec 24.
• Applications for car finance must be submitted and approved within this period to qualify for the cashback offer.

Cashback Details:

• Customers can earn up to 1% cashback on the total amount of the car finance approved and disbursed.
• The exact cashback percentage may vary based on the total financed amount or specific terms of the finance agreement.
• The cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 15days after the finance amount is disbursed and the first installment is paid.

Return and Refund Policy:

• If the car finance agreement is terminated or settled early, the cashback amount will be deducted from any refunds due to the customer.
• Any changes to the finance agreement terms that affect the total financed amount may result in a recalculation of the cashback amount.

Liability:

• carlelo.com is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may affect the calculation or crediting of cashback.
• carlelo.com decision on any disputes regarding the cashback offer is final and binding.
