Latest Update - the coupe styled sports car, the Lotus Emeya electric roadster has been launched in the Indian market. This electric sports car is claimed to offer a certified driving range of up to 610km in a single charge. 

What is the price of the Lotus Emeya?

The Lotus Emeya is available in a single variant, called the Emeya GT. The Emeya electric sports car price in India is Rs 23351064 (ex-showroom, Pan-India).

Key Features of Lotus Emeya

It is equipped with several high-end features such as a large 15.1-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with smartphone connectivity, and a 15-speaker premium sound system. The Lotus Emeya also gets ambient lighting, 55-inch heads-up display (HUD), wireless phone charging, 8-inch digital driver display, massage seats, 22-inch optional alloys and an electro-chromatic glass roof.

The Lotus Emeya is packed with a 102kWh battery pack, which are based on an 800-volt architecture and can support up to 350 kW DC charger. The company is offering three different powertrain options - Emeya, Emeya S and Emeya R.

It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph in 4.2 seconds before hitting a top speed of 250kmph. The top-spec R variant is claimed to hit 0-100kmph in a mere 2.8 seconds. Using fast charger, the battery pack can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 14 minutes. 

How safe is the Lotus Emeya?

For safety and security, the all-electric Lotus sports car offer multiple airbags, a 360-degree surround view camera, front and rear parking sensors, and an advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with features like adaptive cruise control, lane assist, autonomous emergency braking and others.

Lotus offers 6 colour options with the Emeya electric namely, Boreal Grey, Fireglow Orange, Akoya White, Solar Yellow, Stellar Black and Kaimu Grey.
