Mahindra has launched the Thar facelift at a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh, ex-showroom. The company will soon introduce the upgraded versions of the Bolero Neo and Bolero. Scheduled to be launched on October 6, 2025, the Mahindra Bolero facelift and Bolero Neo facelift will receive cosmetic design and interior upgrades. Mahindra has already started dispatching the new SUVs to dealerships.
The upgraded Bolero Neo will receive majority of the changes in the front, featuring a revised grille with new horizontal slats, and new air intake, and a reworked bumper. The SUV could get a new set of alloys. Inside the cabin, the SUV will come with a new dual-tone black and brown scheme. It comes with a larger 10-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, which is likely to support Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Piano black finish is added around the infotainment unit, while the silver treatment is added on the dashboard and door handles.
The new Mahindra Bolero Neo facelift will be powered by the same 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 98bhp and 260Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The Bolero facelift will receive a black exterior finish for the first time. It will have a slightly updated bumper, front grille and wheels. The SUV will maintain its rugged styling with metal bonnet, upright stance and boxy proportions. The cabin will also receive subtle changes and new features. It will come with a new touchscreen infotainment unit, which will allow customers to connect their phones via Bluetooth.
The SUV will continue to offer three rows seating with third-row getting jump seats. It is expected to get new upholstery for seats. Th Bolero facelift will continue to be powered by a 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine that produces 75hp and 210Nm of torque, and is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
