Toyota Land Cruiser Prado is a part of Toyota's global product lineup already in sale. The SUV has now been spotted in India recently, which hints towards an expected launch in 2025. When launched this SUV will compete with the Land Rover Defender. The SUV features a rugged boxy design with a feature-rich interior, let's take a closer look at this upcoming rival of Defender.

Through the spy image surfacing on the internet, the SUV is seen to be in a strong boxy shape with notable features. You can see the grille possesses vertical slats, boxy LED headlights that give a rugged look, and large 20-inch black alloy wheels that contribute to its bold look. The other features of the design are rain-sensing wipers and side steps for convenience.
The spied Land Cruiser Prado is seen with a sunroof as well which is not usually included in countries like Australia.
In the cabin, the Prado is said to have a tidy and sophisticated look. Its interior is black-themed and features a newly styled steering wheel with the 'TOYOTA' logo. As for the tech features, the SUV comes with dashboard space for a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and the system is likely to be wireless-charge-capable.
Apart from these, there will be AC vents in the second and third rows. Overall, the interior can be seen loaded with luxury and utility.
In countries like Europe and Japan, the Land Cruiser Prado SUV is powered by a 2.8-litre diesel motor that delivers 204 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. It is the very same motor Toyota Fortuner also uses. The SUV features a 2.4-litre petrol-hybrid motor in the Middle East and North America. So, as for the engine specification of the Prado, we will have to wait till the brand reveals information.
