Last month, Kia Clavis was spotted testing for the very first time. However, it did not reveal many details about the vehicle except for its boxy stance and a few other features. With the recent spy shot images, the vehicle now reveals front and rear LED DRLs.

The spy shots gave us a sneak peek of the upcoming Kia Clavis. This compact SUV has a unique square shape complemented by a panoramic sunroof. One of the recently revealed features is vertically positioned LED DRLs provided in the front and rear profile. These LED DRLs work as turn indicators as well. Other noteworthy features include flush door handles, 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, faux skid plates, and blacked-out roof rails.
Previously captured spy images have provided insights into the interior of the Kia Clavis. It looked like a technologically advanced cabin. Some of the anticipated features in the compact SUV include dual-tone upholstery, ventilated front seats, and an infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen and digital instrument cluster.
In addition, Kia is likely to offer a foldable central armrest, wireless phone connectivity, USB charging ports, and rear AC vents.
In terms of safety, the upcoming Kia compact SUV will come equipped with 6 airbags, 12 parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, four-wheel disc brakes, and a Level 1 ADAS suite.
Kia Clavis is likely to come equipped with a diverse range of powertrain options. This includes both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric models. The ICE variants may feature a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. It is expected to deliver a maximum power output of up to 117 bhp with 172 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options will include 6-speed iMT and 7-speed DCT gearboxes. For the electric-powered unit, details have yet to be revealed.
