The AMG SL 55 is loaded with features like Mercedes’ MBUX powered 11.9-inch vertically oriented touchscreen (adjustable at angles between 12deg and 32deg), a 12.3-inch digital driver display, 64-colour ambient lighting, dual-zone AC, AMG twin-spoke steering wheel, Burmester sound system, optional heads-up display, powered front seats, multiple driving modes (slippery, comfort, sport, sport+, and individual), AMG Ride Control System, electrically operatable fabric roof, rear-axle steering, and automatically deployable rear spoiler.

Passenger safety is ensured by eight airbags, ESP, blind spot assist, 360-degree surround view system, parking assist, and optional radar-based ADAS.

Engine and Transmission

Mercedes-AMG SL 55 is powered by a 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine (476PS/700Nm), mated to a 9-speed torque converter automatic transmission that powers all four wheels via the brand’s 4Matic+ AWD system. Mercedes claims that it can complete the 0-100 kmph sprint in only 3.9 seconds. Its top speed is rated at 295 km/h.

Dimensionally, the Mercedes-AMG SL 55 boasts a length of 4,705mm, a width of 1,915mm, and a height of 1,359mm. Its wheelbase stands at 2,700mm.
