Hyundai Motor India is getting ready to launch the Alcazar facelift by September this year. Test mules of the SUV have been spotted multiple times on roads, revealing its exterior design elements and new paint shade. A variety of Creta-like tech features and an ADAS kit are also expected to be on offer. Let's dive in more to learn about the top features of the 2024 Alcazar facelift.
The upcoming Alcazar facelift to get the same Level 2 ADAS kit offered in the Creta SUV. This kit comprises 19 features including Blind Spot Collision Warning & Avoidance Assist, Driver Attention Warning, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Blind View Monitor, Surround View Monitor, and more.
Another key highlight is the introduction of a new colour option. Previous sightings of the facelift model have revealed a new enchanting Maroor exterior paint scheme. We also believe that the 2024 Alcazar could get a range of new colours to choose from.
Being the facelift model, the new Alcazar will get some notable changes on the front grille and bumper. It is likely to receive the same rectangular front grille, seen on the Creta. There will also be rectangular split LED headlamps, a revamped front bumper, a newly designed dual-tone 8-spoke alloy wheel, vertically stacked connected LED tail lamps, and more features.
The upcoming Alcazar facelift is likely to come equipped with two configurations - a 6-seater and 7-seater layout. Most of its interior features will resemble Creta facelift. Some of these will include 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment, ventilated front seats, an electrically adjustable driver seat, dual-zone climate control, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, a 10.25-inch instrument panel, and more.
Hyundai will hardly make any changes to the powertrain for the updated Alcazar facelift. It will continue using the same 1.5-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options. While the turbo petrol mill can produce 157 bhp and 253 Nm, the diesel unit can deliver 114 bhp and 250 Nm. Manual and automatic gearbox options will also be on offer.
