Hyundai India has added a new SX+ variant to its Verna sedan. This new variant is available with both a Manual Transmission (MT) and Hyundai’s popular Intelligent Variable Transmission (iVT). With this addition, Hyundai aims to provide a more refined and feature-rich option within the Verna range.
Alongside the Verna lineup upgrade, Hyundai has launched a new Wired to Wireless Adapter to improve infotainment connectivity across its range of vehicles.
The Verna SX+ comes loaded with high-end features. These include a Bose 8-speaker premium sound system, leather seat upholstery, ventilated and heated front seats, front parking sensors, and LED headlamps.
Built on the already impressive Verna platform—which boasts a Global NCAP 5-star safety rating—the SX+ variant continues the sedan’s legacy of offering advanced technology and a premium driving experience.
The new variant is priced at Rs 13.79 lakh for the 1.5 MPi MT and Rs 15.04 lakh for the 1.5 MPi iVT (ex-showroom).
In addition to updating the Verna lineup, Hyundai has introduced a new Wired to Wireless Adapter to enhance infotainment connectivity across its vehicle range. This adapter allows seamless wireless access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, eliminating the need for USB cables.
The new adapter is now available for seven Hyundai models: Grand i10 NIOS, Exter, Verna, Aura, Venue, Venue N Line, and Alcazar. This upgrade offers users the ability to access navigation, music, and other smartphone features wirelessly through the vehicle’s infotainment system, making daily drives more convenient and tech-friendly.
