Mahindra XUV700 is expected to receive a facelift in 2025, potentially renamed as the XUV 7XO, with a focus on a more modern and tech-rich interior, including a triple-screen setup, and potentially sharing features with the XEV 9e.
Mahindra XUV700 facelift (XUV 7XO), is set to bring a refreshed design and enhanced features. While it will retain the overall silhouette of the current model, subtle exterior updates will give it a more modern and dynamic look.
At the front, the facelifted SUV is expected to feature redesigned LED headlamps, a sleeker grille, and a revised front bumper. The rear could also receive tweaks, including updated taillights and a sculpted rear bumper for a more refined appearance. Additionally, Mahindra is likely to introduce new alloy wheel designs.
Mahindra XUV700 facelift is set to receive a major interior overhaul with advanced technology and premium comfort features. A key highlight will be its triple-screen layout, integrating a digital instrument cluster, touchscreen infotainment system, and a dedicated co-passenger display.
The updated SUV is also expected to introduce cutting-edge features such as NFC-based car unlocking, a two-spoke steering wheel, an AR-based head-up display (HUD), and a premium 16-speaker sound system for an enhanced audio experience. Additionally, convenience features like auto park assist, a selfie camera, and dual wireless phone chargers will further elevate its tech and luxury quotient.
Beyond aesthetics, the facelifted XUV700 may also come equipped with Level 2 ADAS features, adding to its safety and tech appeal.
The upcoming Mahindra XUV700 facelift is expected to retain its current powertrain lineup, offering both petrol and diesel engine options with manual and automatic transmissions.

2.0-litre, four-cylinder mStallion turbo petrol (Delivers 200 bhp and 380 Nm of torque)
Diesel Engine:
2.2-litre, four-cylinder mHawk turbo diesel
Available in two tunes:
155 bhp / 360 Nm (lower-spec)
185 bhp / 420 Nm (higher-spec)
6-speed manual & 6-speed torque converter automatic options
AWD (All-Wheel Drive) available with the diesel-automatic variant for enhanced off-road capability.
Mahindra XUV700 facelift, likely to be introduced as the XUV 7XO, is expected to have a starting price of around Rs. 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Depending on the variant, prices could see an increase of up to Rs. 50,000, reflecting the added features and design enhancements.
