Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch its New-Gen Dzire in the market on November 4. The updated sedan will come with significant design changes, a fresh interior, more tech features, and the new Z-Series petrol engine.
The test mules of the next-gen Dzire have been spotted testing several times, hinting at its updated design features. Based on those visuals, the new-gen sedan will boast an all-new front fascia with a flatter nose, a blacked-out grille with horizontal slats, and a new headlamp setup.
Other exterior design elements include a sporty front bumper, newly designed fog lamp housing, slimmer LED headlamps, fresh alloy wheels, a new tailgate, large wraparound LED tail lights, and a sunroof.
New Maruti Dzire will receive a variety of tech features including a 9-inch free-standing touchscreen infotainment, a semi-digital instrument cluster with a 4.1-inch digital MID, automatic climate control, and wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay.
Safety will be taken of by six airbags, a 360-degree surround view camera, a 3-point seatbelt, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and ESP.
For the new-gen Dzire sedan, Maruti will use the new Z-Series petrol engine which was introduced in the 2024 Swift hatchback. This 1.2-litre 3-cylinder unit can produce 82 bhP and 112 Nm. This engine is paired to 5-speed MT and AMT. It will also come in a CNG variant, offering the power of 69bhp and 102Nm.
