Kia has expanded the 2025 Seltos lineup with the addition of 3 new variants. The model previously used to offer 19 variants with the HTK variant as the base model priced at Rs 12.58 lakh (ex-showroom). The three variants that the Korean automaker has now introduced are HTE (O), HTK (O), and HTK+(O). The new Seltos start at Rs 11.13 lakhs for the HTE(O) and go up to Rs 20.50 lakhs for the X-Line version (Ex-Showroom). These three new variants offer a wide range of features, let's have a closer look at them.
The HTE (O) is positioned as the entry-level variant at an attractive price of Rs 11.13 lakhs (ex-showroom). As the base variant, it is quite nice with the features inside like it is equipped with an 8-inch Touchscreen with Bluetooth connectivity, a 6-speaker audio system, and steering-mounted audio controls. The variant also comes with a distinctive Connected Tail Lamp that resembles HTK's stylish design.
This variant is positioned between HTE (O) Diesel and HTK Diesel, with an ex-showroom price of Rs 13 lakhs. The variant's cabin is very tech-advanced and stunning with a Smart Key with Motion Sensor, a vibrant Mood Lamp with a combination of sound, Panoramic Sunroof. It also features smooth Cruise Control, elegant Illuminated Power Windows (all doors), 16-inch Alloy Wheels, a stylish Roof Rail, and a functional Rear Wiper with Washer.
The HTK+ (O) variant has a starting price of Rs 14.40 lakhs (ex-showroom) as it seats between HTK Diesel and HTK (O) Diesel. The variant features 17-inch Alloy Wheels and advanced EPB IVT which are available with the premium Zbara Cover AT only. The features of the variant include a Chrome Belt Line, an Artificial Leather Knob, a captivating Mood Lamp, and a Smart Key with Motion Sensor.
These new variants share the same 1.5-liter Smartstream petrol engine (delivers up to 113 bhp and 144 Nm) which is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox and FWD.

Kia has been planning to launch the facelift version of the Carens which has been spotted testing in India. This hints towards an expected launch of the facelift in the second half of 2025.
