The first edition of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo was held in February 2024. The central government has also announced the 2025 edition which will be held between 17th January to 22nd January. This year's edition was organised at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. However, for next year's event, three venues will be occupied across Delhi NCR. These will include Bharatmadapam in Pragati Maidan (Delhi), Yashobhoomi - India International Convention and Expo Center in Dwarka, and India Expo Center & Mart in Greater Noida.
The 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo is set to showcase a range of new vehicles including two-wheelers, electric cars, batteries, auto parts, tyres, components, and software for vehicles & construction machinery. The event will also have support from industry associates such as SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers), ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India), and more.
This is to note that the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo could also mark the end of the traditional Auto Expo. However, the government is yet to make an official announcement for the same.
This year, we witnessed several automakers at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. Models like Tata Nexon CNG, Tata Curvv, and Tata Harrier EV were also showcased in the near-production form. Skoda Enyaq EV, Hycross Flex Fuel, and Hyryder CNG also made their appearance at the show.
For the upcoming event, we will get to see highly anticipated models like the Maruti eVX electric SUV, Hyundai Creta EV, Skoda compact SUV, Kia Syros, Kia EV9, Mahindra XUV.e8 production model, and much more.
