Hyundai Motor India Limited has launched the Adventure Edition of its popular SUVs - the Creta and the Alcazar. As the name suggests, the new edition has been designed for those with an adventurous lifestyle. Here is everything that has changed on the new SUVs.
The adventure edition of the Hyundai Creta and the Hyundai Alcazar gets a new exterior colour and rugged plastic elements, making it stand out from the crowd. The SUVs feature a black front grille, rugged door cladding, black skid plate (front & rear), black ORVM, black painted alloy wheels, dashcam with dual recording, 3D adventure mats, sporty metal pedals, black roof rails & shark-fin antenna. In addition to these, the car also features the Adventure Edition badge on the front fender and the boot.

The new Hyundai Creta Adventure Edition comes powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces 115 bhp and 144 Nm of torque. Transmission options include either a 6-speed manual or IVT automatic gearbox.
On the other hand, the Hyundai Alcazar Adventure Edition is offered with a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine which generates 116 bhp of maximum power and 250 Nm of peak torque. This system comes mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. In addition to this, we also get the option of a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that produces 160 bhp. This powertrain is offered with a choice of a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox.
The Adventure Edition of both SUVs is available in four monotone colour choices including Abyss Black, Titan Grey, Atlas White, and the new Ranger Khaki. There are two dual-tone colour options which include Ranger Khaki with Abyss Black and Atlas White with Abyss Black. However, Alcazar Adventure Edition is provided with one more dual-tone colour which is Titan Grey with Abyss Black.
Pricing for the Creta new edition starts from Rs 15.17 lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs 17.89 lakh (ex-showroom). In contrast, the Alcazar new edition is priced at Rs 19.3 lakh (ex-showroom) which goes up to Rs 21.23 lakh (ex-showroom).

While the teaser does not reveal significant details, it is already known that the Tata Curvv EV Dark Edition is expected to debut around the 2025 IPL season, which starts on March 22.
