Kia has been working on the electric version of its Carens MPV. Scheduled to launch in 2025, the Carens EV is expected to come with subtle design changes over its ICE-powered model. A variety of features is also likely to be on offer for the upcoming electric Carens MPV.
Although no information has surfaced regarding the interior, we expect it to get top-end features. Some of the expected features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument console, a wireless phone charger, ventilated front seats, an electric sunroof, and more.
The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) will also be on offer, comprising features like Lane Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Autonomous Emergency Braking, among others. The battery option and the new motor of the upcoming model are expected to offer a range of around 450 km.
The price of the ICE-powered Carens stands at Rs 10.51 lakh (ex-showroom). As for the electric version of Carens, expect it to be priced at Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom).
