Lexus has just introduced the LM 350h luxury MPV into the Indian market. Having a price tag of Rs 2 crore (ex-showroom), it becomes the highest-priced MPV for purchase in India. But for those seeking the epitome of luxury, the 4-seater variant with the Lounge package commands an even more astonishing Rs 2.5 crore (ex-showroom).
Based on Toyota's versatile GA-K platform, the Lexus LM features a revamped exterior design with a large, upright grille paired with sleek LED headlamps. A defining feature is its wraparound LED light bar that gracefully extends across the rear fascia of the vehicle.
The LM comes in two setups: a 4-seater and a 7-seater. The 4-seater version features reclining seats, a 48-inch widescreen display with a 23-speaker audio system alongside a partition between the driver and the rear compartment.
Other notable features include fold-out tables, USB ports, heated armrests, vanity mirrors, reading lights, wireless phone chargers, and even a fridge.
Additionally, it boasts a touchscreen controller for HVAC, dual sunroof, seat functions, interior lighting, window blinds, and audio. The four-wheeler is equipped with a digital rearview mirror, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS tech as well.
Under the hood, the LM 350h packs a punch with its 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol hybrid powertrain. This unit can generate a maximum power output of 247 bhp with 239 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duty is supported by an eCVT gearbox. Besides, the MPV comes with an E-Four all-wheel drive system.
