Mahindra & Mahindra has recently hiked the prices of its Scorpio N and the XUV700. Now, the company has also increased the prices of its Scorpio Classic by Rs 65,000. Launched in August 2022, the Scorpio Classic was originally priced at Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom) prior to the latest hike. Now, the new pricing of the SUV starts at Rs 12.64 lakh (ex-showroom) which goes up to Rs 16.14 lakh (ex-showroom) for both trims respectively.
The Scorpio Classic is being offered in two trims; S and S11. Compared to the original price, the new prices of the SUV have been raised by Rs 65,000 for both trims. The base trim was originally priced at Rs 11.99 lakh and after the hike, it turns out to be Rs 12.64 lakh, making a difference of Rs 65,000. Similarly, the top-spec trim, S11 is now priced at Rs 16.14 lakh which previously cost Rs 15.49 lakh. All-prices mentioned here are ex-showroom.

Mahindra Scorpio Classic is offered with a 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine. The engine is capable of producing 131 bhp of maximum power output and 300 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard. This should be noted that the SUV does not have an automatic gearbox and a 4 wheel drive option which were available on the previous generation model.

The waiting period for the Scorpio Classic ranges between 5 to 6 months for both trims; the base S and the top-spec S11.
