Toyota Kirloskar Motor is planning to launch the next-generation Camry for its fans in India sometime during 2024. Ahead of its global unveiling, the new Toyota Camry was recently spotted undergoing testing. However, due to its heavy camouflage, the details could not be captured accurately.
According to media reports, the updates to the new Camry will be minor but significant.
As evidenced by the spy images, the new sedan seems to carry forward similar dimensions as the outgoing model. In addition, the 2023 Camry will also use the TNGA-K platform that many other international Toyota models utilise.
On the inside, it is likely to get major updates including a larger infotainment screen running the latest OS and an updated digital instrument cluster. Loads of features and technology will also be included in the new iteration of the sedan.

Toyota has not announced the powertrain details for the next-generation Camry. However, the reports suggest it will get the 236 bhp all-wheel-drive hybrid setup. Its lower variants are expected to come powered by a 203 bhp 2.5-litre four-cylinder unit like the current model.
Reports suggest that the upcoming Toyota Camry will be unveiled later this year and will go on sale globally in 2024.
