The 2024 Skoda Kylaq has been put through the "More Stars, Safer Cars" program. This car has risen to be one of the safest in the compact SUV line with great safety features. The Skoda Kylaq scored 30.88 out of 32 in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP). This score shows that the vehicle provides excellent protection for adult passengers in case of an accident. The Kylaq performed well in the frontal offset deformable barrier test (15.04/16) and the side movable deformable barrier test (15.84/16). It also passed the side pole impact test with a "Good" rating, further proving its ability to protect passengers during side collisions.
In Child Occupant Protection (COP), the Kylaq scored 45 from 49. Such a good score indicates how well the car would protect the child. ISOFIX child seat mounts in this vehicle will provide an easier time to securely mount the child seat. All models are also provided with seat belt reminders (SBR) in order to facilitate safe driving behavior.

In case of frontal impact, the injuries are minimized due to the coordinated effort of the airbags and seat belts. For side impact, the Kylaq offers side head, chest, and pelvis airbags for comprehensive protection.
