Skoda VISION 7S concept sketches revealed; Gets a coupe-like sloping roofline, aerodynamically optimised body and wheels; Based on the brand’s latest design language.
Skoda’s SUV from the future is here, in form of the new VISION 7S concept. Revealing the exterior design direction of all upcoming cars from the brand, the concept showcases a revolutionary design language.
In terms of design, the VISION 7S concept looks like an altogether different product with almost no familiarity with the current Skoda’s range. At the front, the four-wheeler is characterised by a wider and flatter closed grille. The grille is flanked by new LED headlamps which are arranged in one above the other resembling the letter ‘T’.
Other highlights include a brand new front bumper with seven vertical air inlets, with the centre one finished in eye-catching orange colour. At the rear, the car sports a large glass area and a sleek tail section. The overall design along with the aero-cover wheels give the car a sharp design and a butch appeal.
Earlier, the brand had shared insights on the interiors of the Vision 7S highlighting the seven-seater layout and futuristic design direction.According to the carmaker, the new design philosophy reflects familiar brand values, such as robustness, functionality and authenticity, and stands out with its spacious interior, durable and sustainable materials and aerodynamic body.
This design theme is expected to trickle down into the next-gen Superb being the first in line. According to media reports, Skoda is expected to reveal the full concept on the August of 30, 2022.
