Tata Motors is gearing up to launch its performance hatchback, Altroz Racer in the market. Ahead of its launch on June 7, the sportier hatchback has already started reaching dealerships. The model that spied this time was in a dual-tone - Avenue White and Black paint scheme. There will be two more colours on offer for the hatchback: Pure Grey and Atomic Orange.
Customers will get three variant choices for the Altroz Racer. These would include R1, R2, and R3.
From the outside, it will feature front fog lamps, LED DRLs, projector headlamps, sporty exhaust, rain-sensing wipers, electrically adjustable & auto fold ORVMs, rear wiper with wash & rear defogger, and 16-inch alloy wheels.
Moving on to the inside, the sportier hatchback will come equipped with the all-black interior theme with Red and White accents. As for the features, it will provide a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. Other features comprise wireless smartphone connectivity, a wireless charger, a blind spot monitor, ventilated front seats, an electrically adjustable sunroof, and a 360-degree camera.
Tata Altroz Racer will be powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This 3-cylinder engine is capable of generating 118 bhp of power and 170 Nm of torque. A 6-speed manual gearbox will be mated with this petrol engine.
