Mahindra has officially launched its flagship electric-origin SUVs - the BE 6e and the XEV 9e. These electric cars are here to set the benchmark in global innovation with their bold design, hi-tech features, and powerful battery performance. The ex-showroom prices for both electric SUVs are Rs. 18.90 lakh and Rs. 21.90 lakh, respectively.
The homegrown automaker used the Heartcore Design for its electric-origin SUVs. Both Mahindra BE 6e and XEV 9e look sporty from the outside while their innovative interior has a sense of modern luxury and high technology.
The BE 6e features the front light system, a new BE logo on the front, large wheel arches, and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Both electric SUVs come with a range of premium features. The BE 6e has a two-spoke steering wheel, futuristic-looking front seats with pillar-mounted headrests, and a panoramic sunroof.
On the other hand, the XEV 9e gets a triple-screen setup measuring 12.3-inch high-resolution displays, a touch-based control panel, and other smart features. Some of the common features include autopark functionality, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos, Level 2+ ADAS which uses 5 radars & 12 ultrasonic sensors, and seven airbags.
Mahindra's new electric SUVs come equipped with a 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery packs. Based on the powerful INGLO platform, both the BE 6e and the XEV 9e can offer an impressive range of 682 km and 656 km, respectively on a single charge. These electric cars can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 6.7 seconds. Using the 175 kW DC charger, the EVs can be charged from 20-80 percent in 20 minutes.
