Tata Motors has recently launched its new electric offering, the Curvv coupe SUV at Rs 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for the same have now also opened against the token amount of Rs 21,000. Interested customers can grab their electric coupe SUV by visiting through the official website or the authorised dealerships across India. Deliveries for the Curvv EV are scheduled to begin on August 23.
Customers get different choices for themes inside the cabin based on the variant selected. High-end models come equipped with a dual-tone Black and White interior theme. Other noteworthy features include a 4-spoke steering wheel, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a 10.25-inch digital driver's display, a wireless phone charger, a panoramic sunroof, and a 9-speaker JBL-tuned sound system.
The Safety of the Curvv EV is taken care of by a 360-degree Camera, Blind Spot Monitoring, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, and Electronic Stability Control. Its Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) kit comprises features like Lane Departure Warning, Collision Avoidance, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Detection, High Beam Assist, and more.
Tata Curvv EV is powered by two battery packs 45kWh and 55kWh. Both come paired with one electric motor. The Medium Range battery with front-axle-mounted electric motor offers 148 bhp and 215 Nm, while the Long Range version has an electric motor rated at 165 bhp and delivers 215 Nm. As for the range, the smaller battery has up to 502 km of claimed range while its larger battery pack can offer up to 585 km. These range figures are based on the Modified Indian Drive Cycle (MIDC).
The Curvv EV is available in five variants - Creative, Accomplished, Accomplished+ S, Empowered+, and Empowered+ A. The EV comes in five different colour choices including Pure Grey, Virtual Sunris, Flame Red, Empowered Oxide, and Pristine White.
As for the price, the base model of the electric Curvv stands at Rs 17.49 lakh while its top-spec model is priced at Rs 21.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
