The S90 sedan is being offered in a single, fully loaded B5 Ultimate variant which is priced at Rs 68.25 lakh (ex-showroom).
The S90 is loaded with amenities like an all LED lighting system, 18-inch alloys, a single-pane electric sunroof, a 12-inch digital display, a 9-inch vertically oriented infotainment with Google services, Apple Carplay, Bowers & Wilkins premium sound system, wireless charging, air purifier, 4-zone climate control, powered front seats with heating, memory & massage functions, rain sensor, and active chassis with rear air suspension for added comfort.
The safety kit includes dual-stage airbags, hill assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, a 360-degree surround view system, ISOFIX child seat anchors, pilot assist, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, Intelligent Driver Information System (IDIS), and much more.
The S90 houses a 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine underneath the hood, which makes 250PS of max power and 350Nm of peak torque. It has a top speed of 180 kmph and can complete the 100 kmph run from a standstill in only 6.9 seconds.
It offers roughly 12-14 km/l mileage in mixed driving conditions.
Volvo offers seven body shades for the S90: Crystal White, Onyx Black, Denim Blue, Platinum Grey, Silver Dawn, Bright Dusk, and Vapour Grey.
The S90 sedan is 4969mm long, 1890mm wide, and 1440mm tall, with a wheelbase measuring 2941mm. It offers a boot space of up to 461 litres.
The S90 fights against the likes of Jaguar XF, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, and Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
