The 2025 BYD Seal has been launched in the Indian market at Rs 41 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). Adding to it, the company has also introduced the updated 2025 Atto 3 at a starting price of Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Both models are equipped with new Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) low-voltage battery.
The new Seal sedan is available in 3 variants - Dynamic RWD, Premium RWD and Performance AWD - priced at Rs 41 lakh, Rs 45.55 lakh and Rs 53 lakh, respectively. Compared to the previous model, Premium and Performance variants price increased by Rs 15,000. The base variant price remains the same.
The 2025 Seal sedan comes with an updated suspension setup and a new set of features. The mid-spec Premium variant now gets Frequency Selective Dampers (FSD), which was earlier offered on the top Performance AWD variant. The top-end model comes with DiSus-C system, which automatically soften the suspension setup on bumpy roads. It also stiffen the suspension during cornering, acceleration and braking in real time.
The 2025 BYD Seal sedan comes equipped with a powered sunshade, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. The sunshade was earlier available as an accessory. The company has also added an improved air conditioning and purification system. Additionally, BYD has added new Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) low-voltage battery, which is claimed to be six time lighter than lead acid battery. This battery is claimed to have a lifespan of 15 years.
