Kia Syros will hit the market on 1st February 2025, as confirmed by the brand itself. The wait for the Syros has been exciting and has made many headlines. The sub-4m SUV will be offered in multiple trim levels – HTK, HTK (O), HTK+, HTX, HTX+, and HTX+ (O). Similar to the Sonet, Seltos and Carens, the Kia Syros will also receive the X-Line sporty variant.
Kia has not officially announced the dates for the Syros X-Line launch, but it is speculated to come by the end of 2025.
The SUV is likely to be based on a top-spec variant with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol engine of the Syros X-Line would be a 1.0-litre petrol, while the diesel model will receive a 1.5-litre turbo unit. Both of these engines will get a 6-speed MT with the petrol getting a 7-speed DCT and the diesel a 6-speed AT.
In terms of features, the Kia Syros X-Line is likely to get climate control with rear vents, dual digital screens, level-2 ADAS, connected car tech, a panoramic sunroof, and a ventilated second row seat with a recline function.
Pricing for the Kia Syros will be announced on 1st February. It's their fourth locally manufactured car and will fit in between the Sonet and Seltos in their hierarchy.
The SUV is available in 8 colors such as Frost Blue, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, Imperial Blue, Intense Red, Pewter Olive, Glacier White Pearl, and Aurora Black Pearl. Later, the X-Line will be offering a stealthy dark color to the customers. Kia is expected to offer the Syros X-Line with Aurora Black Pearl and Matte Graphite shades, which would be similar to the Sonet X Line.
As of now, we know that the pricing for the Kia Syros will be announced on 3rd Feb. Also, this sub-4m SUV is the company's fourth locally manufactured car. The SUV with its launch will be fitting in between the Sonet and Seltos hierarchy.
