Mercedes-Benz has launched its new EQS SUV in the Indian market. The electric SUV is available in a single 580 4MATIC variant which is priced at Rs 1.41 crore (ex-showroom). It comes with a stylish exterior design and a wide variety of premium features inside. Check more details:
Upfront, the EQS SUV highlights a closed-off grille (featuring the brand logo in the centre), sleek LED headlights, a connected LED DRL strip, an aggressive-looking bumper, and a charging port on the front fender. On the side, the electric SUV gets flush-fitting door handles and aerodynamically designed 19-inch alloy wheels. The rear profile of the vehicle features a silver-finished skid plate and connected LED lighting.
Inside, the EQS USV comes with a three-row layout. It gets an optional MBUX Hyperscreen and a 3-spoke steering wheel. Other feature highlights include freestanding 12.3-inch driver's display, a 17.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and ventilated & electrically adjustable front seats, and more.
Mercedes-Benz EQS is powered by a 122kWh battery pack. It is mated to two electric motors that can deliver the maximum power of 536 bhp and 858 Nm of torque. The electric SUV can deliver an impressive range of 809 km (ARAI-claimed) on a full charge. As for the charging, it takes 31 minutes to charge from 10-80 percent using the 200kWh charger.
