Following the launch of the New 7 Series and the i7 EV, German automaker BMW India has just launched the facelifted 3 Series Gran Limousine in India, making it the third launch this month. It will be offered in two variants, the 320Ld and 330 Li. Both trims come equipped with M Sport Package as standard. We list out key changes for you.
Visually, the New BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine gets an updated front end with new slimmer headlights featuring LED DRLs, a refreshed kidney grille, larger air intakes, and a redesigned bumper. Changes to the side profile and rear are minimal except for a slight increase in length by 4 mm over the previous model.
Moving inside, changes to the interior of the 2023 BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Facelift are more noticeable. The dashboard is dominated by BMW’s new curved display setup that houses a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Out goes the old gear lever and in comes a new drive selector lever. Equipment list on-board the vehicle includes tri-zone climate control, connected car tech, a panoramic sunroof, an audio setup from Harman Kardon, a new steering wheel, and more.
Powertrain options in the facelifted 3 Series Limousine remain the same as the outgoing model with a diesel and a petrol on offer. The former is a 2-litre turbo diesel unit that churns out 190 bhp with 400 Nm of peak torque while the latter is a 2-litre turbo-petrol pumping out 258 bhp with 400 Nm torque. Transmission duties are handled by an 8-speed steptronic sport automatic transmission.
